Bought a car from Proton Gezina. Found a few things wrong with it and asked to have it repaired under warranty. I was informed that it's fine, they'll take the car and give me a loan vehicle for the duration of the fixes.
When I wanted to book in the car I was told that they don't to it themselves, and neither do they give a loan car. I was promised to be contacted with details on where/when I can book in my car but after several attempts I get nothing from them.
Seriously, STEER CLEAR of these guys. First they took WEEKS to pay me money they owed me and now this... What is wrong with them? Do they have so many customers that they don't care how they are treated?
Disgusting service.
