I booked my car online and was requested to pay online for it and thus did so. Upon returning my car all was fine. On Monday morning my credit was debitted with R697, 03. I called the branch to find out what is going on and was told they did it in error. I sit here now a week later and still the extra money that was taken off my account has not been returned. I get thrown around from pillar to post when I try track my money down. This is so annoying. Please can you just give me my money back.
