Wow! I cannot believe Mercedes Benz Sandton. Took my car in for service on the 29th of April and when it came back, the spare wheel holder was a scrap! Well, I haven't even changed a tyre in 3 years and when I took my car in, all was in order. Me and my husband tried in vain to call the service advisor, her manager, going physically to get this resolved and even giving bad rating in their survey hoping for someone to call us and none of that worked. My husband has left countless messages for the service manager and nothing has worked. This is the last resort before I go to the ombudsman. Honestly, this is pathetic service. What does it take to call a customer who has just paid R6k for a service back to address her concerns? Phew! So much energy and waste of time... It's almost a month and I'm losing my patience.
