No parts for 4 months

My bike has a problem in the front suspension. Not unsafe, just irritating.

I have asked for the parts for 4 moths now, only to be told for the umpteenth time that they are on back order. Unbelievable.

These bikes are some of the most expensive in this country but the dealership is unable to provide a small part in 4 months.
