My "Digidoor 3" garage door motor packed up on the weekend, I used my other unit to determine what was faulty and concluded that the pc board needed replacing. I contact Hydradoor on the Monday and after answering the questions I am told that this pc board is no longer available and I must purchase a new pc board, new motor and a couple of other things I stopped listening to as I started to think "" - "RIP OFF", you buy these products believing that you would get a decent service life out of them with a couple of services/repairs thrown in but no, after five years and conveniently outside of any warranty period instead of just replacing a pc board I have to basically purchase a new unit. Secondly, I will not be able to do this myself so I must get one of the rip off approved contractors to come in and do the job. A great way of staying in business provided the consumers stay stupid. I will not be fleeced by companies like this, as this rubbish breaks it will get thrown out and I will ensure that both my residence and my company never buy a product from them again.
