I took my car in for a general service. when collecting my car, I noticed that my cubby lid on my dashboard was missing. I checked my service sheet - nothing written on. Questioned the service team and they said the technician had broken it and they would order a new one, and contact me in 10 days when it arrived. It has now been 24 days. I called them on 23/04/13 to see if replacment had arrived and was advised that I would get called back - still waiting. Very disappointed in them - will not buy a subaru again because of their dishonesty (not telling me about the broken lid) and bad client service.
