Terrible Service

Called ahead and spoke to James about a honda 125 Ace, and was told that there was stock, but when i showed up, ready to purchase the Ace, it turned out that both were sold the day before. I was then forced to wait for 3 hours while they tried to find one, and saw them take their lunch break while i was left to stand, only to be told that there isn't any, then tried to find a suitable replacement, which also wasn't in stock, and then tried to talk me into paying for a bike without ever once laying eyes on it, and hoping for the best.
If i ever return to Cayenne Kayalami, it will be a miracle as i'm feeling particularly open-minded that day, because they have surely lost my business and the future business i would surely have brought to them.
The customer is always right, and should be the entire focus of a salesman's time, as without a customer, they have no job.
