I feel that complaints are easy to write, and when exceptional cutomer service is given, it should be shouted from the rooftops. Geraldine has made the experience of having my windscreen replaced seamless and effortless. She managed to fit everything in around my work hours, had me collected and delivered so that I wouldn't miss work and sorted everything out with my insurance on my behalf - I only had to make one call.
