Amazing Service

So finally my car is almost at it's 45000km service period and I decide to return to Kia Silverlakes for it's service, the same place I took it for it's 30000km service. I made my appointment for Tuesday morning (between 7:30 and 8). I got there late due to traffic but was still greeted with friendly anticipation and after a quick check-in I was dropped off at my workplace. I was phoned with a quotation within the hour.

By the time my cars breakpads were replaced and the car was cleaned, I received a phone call to collect my vehicle. When I arrived, I once again received a very friendly greeting, I was guided on what the service and work entailed and Casper then lead me to my car and showed me how everything was in order.

The drive back to my office was great, even my emergency break was tweaked back to normal (after my brother pulled it too high and I had to use it as is for a while). I will definitely recommend this branch to anyone and everyone!
