This is just so frustrating, I decided to go with VW as my first NEW car purchase and since I've had the car I've been back to the service dept several times.
While the last visit was to resolve the sound issues coming from the engine and wherever - it may have been identified, after keeping my car for 3 FULL days, but still has not been resolved.
I e-mail the services dept, including the manager but it seems that no one is taking my issue seriously. Not including the fact that I have been e-mailing the sales advisor but even he doesn't have the courtesy to pass the message onto someone.
I got called by Barons N1 yesterday and was promised to be called first thing in the morning - BUT STILL HAVE NOT BEEN CALLED.
I don't think anyone really cares enough to realize that my decision to buy the car in the first place came with the fact that VW is a great brand and under the Barloworld umbrella, one could just expect awesome service.
I've been fairly accepting up until now but now I need someone to take me seriously and either sort these issues out or give a car that doesn't have these issues.
