Bad service, charging clients for their mistakes

My car was in for a serice at Barloworld Alberton, i got it back 2days later and something was not fixed properly, So i took the car back so they can replace the glowplugs. They BROKE the glowplugs inside the engine and obviousely had to remove it... They had my car for almost 3weeks, not once did they call me to update, i had to make every phonecall to them, and leave messages. 3weeks later i got a call (first call from them) from their accounts dept.wanting R9000!!! for the work done on the car (that the ''mechanics'' at Barlorworld broke!!! ridiculous... If you broke something, take responsibility for it!!!
When the accounts lady called me it was after 3pm, and demanded they want the courtesy car back same day! I explained to her, it might not be possible to get the courtesy car back to them same day, (as its short notice) but will defenitely drop it off the next day. That was not good enough and i got hounded by them to take the car back same day. bad bad bad service, no one in that company knows whats going on, and there is NO communication among their staff. As I had to explain to the mechanic what is woring with my car! Ridiculous. Will NEVER use Barloworld again
