Diagnostic fee quoted aas R678, confirmed hours of labour were 2hours max as per their sms and telephonic conversation with my mom Nokuthula Ngubane. On collection of the vehicle the statement has a bill iwith a labour charge of R999.00 when querying that then they advised it ia for 20hours of labour at R495 per hour which does not correspond with the telephonic quote, the sms and calculation of hours from the time the vehicle was attended to nor delivered to their dealership. One of their staff members Mduduzi who received the vehicle on arrival called and explained that the car was not checked yet on the 26th as they had an electric faliure which nowcclashes with amount billed. When the car was collected other staff members began to dispute this including the manager Vischal but still their sms and fault reporting do not show why the labour charge is this high as they didnt replace any parts they only cleaned a part a d charged for that as well as attending to two other components which theh billed for as well.
