Recently I had repairs done on my Tata Indica LSi for a backlight. I take it back after two weeks of driving and it goes back to not working. Besides thee most lackluster service I have ever experienced in my life from people who want to take my money. I was treated to waiting at least 30 minutes before I got to pay and receive my car keys, this is where the fun begins, my backlight wasn't fixed the previous time i had sent it in, they had only replaced the globes which came up to R592.00 to fix, not understanding this they showed me the invoice to find that the parts for this were R50 and the labor was a whooping R470.00, I was never told about the charges individually only cumulatively. I paid someone R470 to change a light without being told about it! All costs on my other repairs not to mention were not explained to me over the phone only once I paid. If you're gonna on me, at least tell me. I feel as if i've been robbed because knowing this information I would've never agreed to the repairs. I am absolutely appalled, I dont want to own this car anymore simply due to the poor service I get! ABSOLUTELY GUTTED!
