I need to lodge a complaint against one of your dealers situated in Dykor Street, Silverton, Pretoria. My Nissan 1400 Bakkie, reg nr BV44BS GP was in for repairs during September 2012, Invoice 002475, Job nr: 002659. On 19/12/2012 under Invoice 002915, Job nr. 003109 yet another job was done on the vehicle. During the 1st week in January 2013 more problems was experienced with the engin and a gentleman by the name Paul was contacted once again. The vehicle was taken back to Bosch Car Service for repairs and we are going for 3 months now without a definite answer or vehicle. Every time when we phone, he is making promises and that's where it stays. He never come back to us with meaningful information. We call him at least twice a week and his last promise was that we will have the vehicle before Easter weekend. Up to now we haven't heard a word from him. It would be appreciated if you can investigate the matter as I am going to lodge a complaint at Hellopeter.com as I am totally grieved by this ignorance and incompetence of the staff working there under your dealership.
