I have brought in a Honda Vtech on 20 February
2013 and told your staff there was a heating problem. I have received a quote and told them to go ahead with the job which they said was a fan switch problem. On the 22nd my car was ready and I picked it up at 4.45pm and paid an amount of R2571.00.
As soon I drove the car the same problem came about. I was so upset that I paid so much of money and nothing was done. On Monday the following week I emailed Danielle and I was asked to bring the car in. I was then informed that the head gasket needs to be done.
I really dont understand why that wasn't repaired in the first place and I wasn't informed of it when I initially brought the car in.
This makes it seem like there was no problem with the fan switch initially and the job was done for nothing just to make some money.
