Whenever you buy a second hand vehicle, you are at risk. You are at the mercy of the dealer to not try and get out of a situation when there is a problem with the car. Knowing this, I can honestly say that we have had a great experience with Renault Paarl thus far.
Small niggles occur, it is a given. Whenever we had to contact Renault Paarl, Shaun and his team have been eager to assist and help us. Even when we came during a difficult time in the holiday season, time was made to help us out, and we were greeted with positive attitude and friendly smile.
Trust and Peace of mind is not something one can buy, but in this case it came as part of the package when we bought the vehicle. It is definitely worth it for me to drive from Cape Town to Paarl for this good service.
