Can't get it right!

I have had endless problems with the ventilation and air conditioning system in my car, a Renault Clio 1.5 Diesel 2005 Model.
Since December 2012 the vehicle has been returned to Renault Paarl Branch, and each time the "repairs" have proved ineffective. The final straw was today when I took the car back as the air conditioner was not producing cold air and was told that it needed re-gassing (at over R400). I then received a call saying that, after re-gassing, the a/c was still not working and that a "pressure switch" had to be replaced - at a cost of over R2500! In addition, I would have to pay for re-gassing again. In the last 10 months I have paid over R13000 for a service (April 2013) plus "repairs" which have not worked. This is unacceptable.
