Shocking service and over-filling

This morning when filling up with petrol, I told the female petrol attendant to fill up 93 Unleaded. I greeted her but she did not greet me back. She also never offered to check my oil, water or tyres (which is fine, but her rudeness was unacceptable). She proceeded to fill up and leave my car, following which the pump stopped at auto-stop. She then proceeded to continue filling my car- even though it was overflowing and you could not only see, but also hear, the petrol flowing onto the floor! When I told her to stop (she would have continued for ages), she sheepishly called her manager across. He was equally rude and basically said there is nothing to do except pay for the overflowed tank. I am utterly disgusted at the poor service and lack of customer care. You have lost a loyal customer.
