Ford (Global Menlyn) has once again given me the best service.
I had a small incident where my bracelet got stuck in the steering wheel of my car, my charm broke off and managed to lodge itself inside the steering wheel.
I went to the dealership to ask for advise as to how I can remove the object and was told that Kobus (I think) would help me. I was asked to bring my car into the workshop and they would have a look for me.
After a short while Kobus returned with the object removed.
It really is fantastic to see such good service. Please note that I received excellent service from everyone at the dealership... the gent in parts, the service receptionist and the male service advisor.
