3 weeks ago, took my polo 2012 in for a 30k service. When I Picked up the car, discovered that a CD was out of car. Now, I know that one is told to remove all valuables from the car, but this CD (a PC gaming CD belonging to my little newphew) was laying under piece of A4 sheet of paper in my boot in a CD cover. Paid for my service & put my bag in the boot, noticed the CD cover for the first time, then remembered that my nephew had left it there by accident. I opened it and saw that the CD was. I immediately called my nephew & checked with him if he had not just left the CD cover without the CD - but he informed me that he accidently forgot the CD in the boot. I reported the matter to the Service Manager, who told me that he would look at the video tapes and come back to me in 2 days time. He didn't come back to me in 2 days time. I kept waiting. After 5 days, the customer service consultant (Jan) called me and told me that the video tapes showed nothing foul and that they would not take responsibility for the anything. My nephew remains without his game. I told him that I cant trust my car with them anymore. Sometimes things are forgotten by mistake. Cant trust them
