In January 2013 my parents bought me a second hand Citi Golf from Kia Roodepoort. It is now November and I still have not recieved the service book of my car. Kia Roodepoort also said that they would give the car a full service before I recieved the car and as far as it concerns me they did not service the car, because since I've had the car I have had to redo the brakes and the alternator V-belt broke. They did not even clamp the petrol pipe. I have been to Kia Roodepoort and they keep giving me excuses about my service book and they claim to have serviced it. So far it has cost me almost R4000 this year to fix things that Kia Roodepoort should have fixed before giving me the car!
