Unbelievably bad Service

My Moto Mia Bike needed rear brake shoes, so I went to 'Startline' in Goodwood. My first issue was that they did not know and were unable or unwilling to look up the particular size/type of shoes for my bike, even though I supplied them with all the make and model info... they said they needed me to bring the old shoes in so they could see what I needed. i.e. Remove the old shoes, find alternative transport to the shop to show them the shoes, before they could supply me with replacements... not at all practical. Surely there is some sort of manual/users guide/website which they could use to establish the exact part needed, or even, heaven forbid, actually phone the supplier/agent???

I had to take in the old shoes, which they then 'matched up' and supplied me with new ones... After all this, they still supplied shoes which did not fit properly, would not take them back because the packaging was not intact!

So I wasted my time and money! To rub salt in the wound, I was bluntly informed that it was my own fault as I had been stupid enough to buy cheap Chinese rubbish in the first place!

So if you own a Chinese Bike/Scooter, your business is not wanted at Startline!
