Paid for 6 pairs of shoes, Nike only delivered 3

Nike contacted me to make a free promotional gift for them in exchange for their products at staff prices. We designed and made the gifts and delivered them on time. We then ordered and paid for 6 pairs of shoes after numerous emails and telephone calls (seeing as the first invoice was incorrect). It has taken more than 21 working days for them to deliver our order and when it finally arrived on the morning of Friday the 13th of September the order was incorrect. Instead of 6 pairs of shoes, we have received 3. We were unable to contact them as none of their supplied numbers worked until after 15:00 in the afternoon. Their website was also broken with no contact info displayed. Sam did not respond to our urgent mails. We needed the shoes for the 16th of September for we are leaving on holiday and need to take sports shoes with. We are very disappointed in our dealings with Nike. Also we would now either like to be refunded immediately or have the shoes hand delivered to us in the Drakensberg. Another disappointment is that I have to go buy another pair of shoes for our holiday on short notice, when they had adequate time to deliver our shoes (more than a month).
