I logged a complaint with Unisa due to my study material not being delivered.the case was resolved by Unisa and Skynet agreed to reimburse me.it's 4 month now that this has been going on and Elvira promised to refund me but now she's not responding to emails.a number of emails are sent to her but she just wont respond and i'm waiting for my money.this case has been going on for a oong time and it was their staff incompetence that led to this whole debacle.all i want now is my money and Unisa is no longer involved in this.
