I mistook the date when my service was due and on arrival was told that they were fully booked but they could service car and it would be ready later than two. Had a quick cup of coffee and the shuttle took me to work. At about twelve the service centre contacted me and told me my car was ready to collect and sent the shuttle to fetch me. I car was cleaned and engine cleaned. It was a total pleasure and the service I received was great
