Hi

I took my car in for repairs as it was jerking and the reverse is not functioning properly, so I dropped the car on Monday till today nothing was done on the car and I needed to use the car for the long weekend. I am now so stranded and they cannot offer me even a courtesy car, this is really bad for me as the family depends on me for transport.
