The service advisor and staff at Audi centre Umhlanga are seriously.
i stood there for 20 minutes and nobody notices me. Nobody offers any assistance. People just walk pass and they don't even offer you any help. The manager of Audi walks passed and still nothing.
A white lady just walks in stands there for less than a minute and bang 2 guys are there. can i help you, have you been helped and there i stand now - 30 minutes and not even a hello.
The Service advisor walks in and immediately helps the lady.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a professional establishment.
I will never go back to Audi centre in Umhlanga
