Very unhappy and annoyed Avis client

I booked a minilease rental about a month ago, signed everything and sent back all the documents. I had specifically requested a Polo Vivo and clearly told the lady who was assisting me who's name is Akhona that I won't be taking any other car as this is a car I must keep for 3months and longer. She confirmed that she's reserved it for me in East London, I even went as far as choosing a colour of the vehicle as per their website. Now I went all the way to EL and to my surprise they didn't want to give me the Polo Vivo even though they had 5 clean and ready on the floor. I was given a Spark and told I must keep coming in to check if they have the car or not as "nothing can be kept for anyone in this place" they said, paid my R7300 for a car I don't want nor like and was called the next day to be told I must go check in PE. Got to PE called all branches and Avis h/o and was told there's nothing available. My details were taken down and was told I will be called when the car is available. I am still stuck with this car I totally hate and don't want, it is so light and I must drive 60km/h when its windy in PE, I can't even drive this car and I either want a refund or the car I booked
