On Saturday 23 Mar) I took my vehicle for wheel alignment. Only one bay was operational and the que was 6 cars. Yesterday I went back to have another go and only found one bay open again. The young lady at reception did not greet me and was busy typing on her mobile phone. I then asked to be assisted and when I ashe her how long the que is, she said "not today! We are full" When I asked to make an appointment, again it was very rudely "We do not work with appointments". The she turned har back on me and walked over to the bottle store. This is not acceptable. You have two alignment bays and only one operational. Cars quing up to 9 at a time. You are only 50% effective and not what you advertize on the media. I am not satisfied with the service in Lephalale. It 's.
