I'm pleased to inform you that I have received excellent service from audi in umhlanga, I had a problem with my S3, I phoned in and spoke to a sales rep by the name of Ranolan, he was very helpful and he directed me to service advisor by the name of Suren Govender, suren govender was very pleasant and very helpful, he booked in my car and arranged a lift back to work for me with a driver by the name of Marshal, the car was repaired within a day, washed and cleaned, the staff was very warm and friendly as well, I will definitely be dealing with audi umhlanga in the near future and I have also told Ranolan that as soon as the new S3 is launched I will be purchasing it from them
