My car has been with this company for 4 months already, all they needed to repair was the gearbox and now 3 months later they inform me that they ECU needs to be replaced at a cost of R26000.00
What i cant seem to understand is that when we booked the car for the repair, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the ECU. We were contacted in December 2012 to collect the car but when we got to the workshop the car was nowhere in sight to this day i have not seen my car.
I need answers!!
