Exceptionally Poor Service

I took my car in for a Xenon ballast to be replaced. Prior to that, I spoke with the owner (Ricky) and he indicated that they can do this so i took my vehicle in at 8am. I did not get feedback until 4pm after which I called. The car was not fixed but it was stripped. He indicated that they tried to put in a Phillips unit which worked but the error message on the control panel remained. He then asked if I could leave the vehicle with them for another day. I indicated this was not possible. After some fuss, he agreed to put my part back in and assemble the vehicle. He did so but wanted to charge me a fee of R795 for stripping and assembling! That was ridiculous as he did no work on my car to my benefit. What was surprising was that he let in slip that he also tried to source an 2nd hand original unit - which I never agreed to initially. In addition, there was a water leak from my wash bottle the next morning - these guys did not correctly re-assemble. Furthermore, there are at least 4 screws missing from my bumper. I noticed this when i took my vehicle to somebody who is clearly better trained in BMWs. I do not recommend that anybody deal with these guys - costed me more in the end
