No Response - deliberately ignoring customers

My vehicle was in an accident in sept. 2012. The rear windscreen was ordered from the Pinetown branch. It was fitted by Cabrolet in Durban. However, the workmanship is of such poor quality and the look of the vehicle has become an eye-sore. I was told by Peugeot that maybe the window ordered is slightly short and therefore it looks like that. We were waiting for the area manager to come to durban to look at the vehicle to give a report which the Insurance company is eagerly awaiting for so that they can correct the work. 5 months have gone by and nobody seems to care about our problem. Photos and a report was sent to the area manager on 13:2:2013 but he failed to response. This is really the pits when a company like this deliberatly ignores its clients plea for help. We are not asking for charity but we dont want to be ripped off like this. I think, Peugoets idea is to sell new cars and then ignore clients with problems so that they can stay out of it for various reasons such as "lack of skills to deals with problems" and wait for time delays to brush off customers. Pathetic behaviour from the top management with such attitude. As a Loyal customer i am treated poorly.
