Dealer Does not keep thier word

I bought a 3 series BMW from them on Friday 15th of March. There were a few issues with the car which were agreed to be fixed as per the sale agreement. I took the car back to them on Monday the 17th at around 8am in the morning.

When I got the car back on Tuesday the 18th at around 4 30pm there were still outstanding issues. The airbag light was still on, the drivers side seat belt was still not retracting properly and the wheel alignment was badly out.

I took the car back on Wednesday, got it back on Friday. The seat belt mechanism is still not working properly and the alignment is still out. The alignment will be sorted tomorrow, I will take the car to their supplier.

Jarqu then told me on the phone that I must just accept the problem with the seat belt as it is a second hand car. I pointed the problem out BEFORE i bought the car it was agreed that it would be fixed and now they don't want to fix it!

When he said this I just put the phone down on him as I did not want to get abusive.
