Barlow Toyota/SA Canopy Bad Client Service

I've purchased a new Hilux DC from Barlow Toyota Middelburg on the 25th of February 2013. The Hilux was ordered with a canopy which SA Canopy Witbank was supposed to do the supply and fitment. I've contacted Toyota/SA canopy several times to arrange the fitment but without any luck.
This is the worst client service I have ever experienced.
