Great service is rare these days

I want to just give my compliments to Clive, the Dealer Principal at Suzuki Bramley. I've had issues with a car I purchased at a different dealership and due to my work schedule it is very difficult for me to take time off to get it resolved with that specific dealer. I booked my car in at Suzuki Bramley and just mentioned in an email that there are other issues I'd like them to identify and look at other than the service, not really expecting very much because of my lengthy correspondence with the other branch who claimed they can't assist me on a Saturday because they don't work on a Saturday.

Clive phoned me up and said that I can come in tomorrow and we can take the car for a drive and a series of tests to determine what's wrong etc. I never expected that in light of the other dealership saying that they don't work on a Saturday. I'm impressed that the DP himself called me and that he intends to take care of this himself. Great service, no matter how small it may be perceived to be by others, goes a long way in my book. Thank you Clive.
