I went in the showroom on Monday to find out about a new model that was due to be released.
I was informed that they expected the first one to arrive on Saturday we put the order for the car through on Monday afternoon.
I was presented with a challenge later that week where the car I had sold needed to be handed to the purchaser
I communicated this to Ian and he pulled out all the stops and managed to fast track my new vehicle
Not only did Ian have the car ready by Thursday but his constant communication and understanding of the situation I was presented with was outstanding
This example of somebody that is willing to go the extra mile and whose service I would not hesitate to recommend to anyway
