No response about bad service received

I sent a mail about bad service I received from a supplier to Suzukisa yesterday and have had no response on this matter. It would appear they are not worried about having the Suzuki name dragged through the mud by local suppliers. I believe I shall have to take this matter up with Suzuki Japan if I am to get any kind of help on this matter.
