Kia Motors South Africa
Unprofessional service

I recently traded a vehicle for a new Kia Rio at Kia East Rand. We were offered a trade in price which we accepted and agreed to settle the balance owing after the trade in.
> I signed an Offer to Purchase on a Kia Rio only to be told the next day that this vehicle was not available and another vehicle had to be sourced and a new offer to purchase had to signed.
> I made specific mention that when registration occurs that the details had to be my new postal address only to receive registration papers reflecting a previous street address. I was charged R3500.00 for the delivery pack which should, in my opinion, ensure the correctness of the information provided. Although the dealership have offered to rectify the error after it was pointed out to them, I now have the added slog to ensure that the address is changed correctly, whether it be by Kia or by myself.
> Prior to taking ownership of the new car, I had to ensure that I paid the balance owing on the trade-in to Kia in order for them to settle with the finance house which was duly done on 1 March 2013. As at 14 March this account has still not been settled! Excuse - cheques not yet signed!! Really?
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
