KIA's worst after -care service

I bought a 2012 KIA cerato hatch brand new (31 March last year). The car has a whizzing sound on the engine since last year October, took it to KIA in Paarden Iesland several times where I bought it. At first they replaced the idling mechanism, then they asked me to return the car again as they have not fixed the problem, on my return they then replaced the alternator, which too has not resolved the problem. I was told by the service agent that they will call me to have the car again for another replacement which they did not know which part was it gonna be. Now to my surprise after the alternator change I have a problem with my battery which is under a year old, I now need to jump start the car to have it running.
I keep on calling the service center and they never return my calls. The only way i'm thinking of right now is to get rid of my car which is only 32 000km and less than a year old. As costly that maybe but i'm willing to do that none the less. I'm very disappointed by KIA.

Worst thing is that in all these non-fruitful repairs I have to find my own means of transport, no pick up service from the service center.
