I took my vehicle for repairs on 28/Jan/13 to replace the right hand fender, headlamp and the bumper. Those were done or replace accordingly. Instead after receiving my car i picked there were alot of poor workmanship done on the car, the bonnet has now pushed back and obstructing the wiper, the registration plate not fasten as per SABS standard, the Window rubber on the right door has not been properly replaced and the interior cover on my right hand door was tampered with and now loose and falling off.
On the 05/feb/2013 i took my car back and was promised that all these fall-outs will be done within 30mins and i should wait but i decided to leave my car and promised that i will pick it the next day. On the next day i was surprised that nothing was done and was promised by the managerGerhard that by Friday, 08/03 my car would be ready and will call and till today i havent received any call from them. I took the matter with my insurance, Quicksure and they seems not to care at all as they all always give empty promises that they will give me feedback from their assessors. I have never been so frustrated like this in my entire life and spent half of my entire life waiting patiently.
