Waiting a month with no reply

I took my toyota hilux in for a service about a month ago and told them that my touch screen radio in my brand new hilux is not working. They said they sent a request in to head office for a new radio, but still no reply, so basicaly im driving around in a brand new bakkie that cost me a lot of money with no radio..
