Generally bad service/attitude

End July 2012 I took old SW to Supa Quick Brentwood Park (SQBP), for manifold skim/gasket replace. Two weeks later SW overheats, water pump bolt missing, tappet cover/manifold bolts loose, tappet cover gasket damaged etc. Fixed it myself, b/o potential damage (daily vehicle). Tried to contact SQBP via e-mail at 2 addresses which they "never received" (no believable reasons). Sent e-mail to the Supa Quick HQ. Get response. Visited SQBP. As was expected, not taking responsibility. I said just wash engine, check that everything supposedly fixed is as should be. Middle Dec, manifold leak. Was redone 4 months ago by SQBP. Busy in different part of the country until end Jan (not travelling with SW) phoned Mr D Crouwkamp to inform of problem (not available). No reaction, phoned again, agree to bring it in end Feb. End Feb, same result, he busy, will phone me, does not. Next day went to SQBP. Mr D not in. Manager/partner(?) not interested in problem. Wasting MY time MY money. E-mail to SQBP Contact HQ. HQ will make appointment for discussion. Tell them all facts are on table. Just fix problem. No reaction 7 days HQ, 9 days SQBP. SQBP & HQ avoiding responsibility.
