On the 10th of January 2013 I listed a complained.
The only response from BP S.A was
"Hello klaasie,
We acknowledge receipt of your complaint. We will investigate and revert.
Kind regards
Customer Support"
2 months later - not a single word from you. How can we as consumers trust that BP S.A cares about his customers, if no feedback or resolutions are given on complaints. Disgusted
