I cannot begin to find the words to state my regret, disappointment and frustration that Avis has brought to my life! Unfortunately my story is too long to elaborate in the characters provided, but let it be known to fellow future customers that there is an enormous gap between what Avis promises and what they deliver on, in particular the safety of their vehicles. Talk about not going any mile let alone the extra mile! Their service and staff (Desh Moodley) are equivalently poor to say the very least. I've tried to contact Mr Lance Smith and Mr Corne Langehoven to bring my concerns to their attention and seemingly their too high to contact what is the single most important part of their business! The customer! This is not the first time I've tried to make contact with the company and it is clear to me that they simply do not care!
I no longer care about their feedback or response instead I felt it was my duty to make other future customers aware and to think twice about Avis before they are also treated in the way that I was.
