I bought a VW Microbusfor cash from McCarthy Value Centre in Bloemfontein on 20 Feb 2013. I went to pick up the car on 22 Feb 2013, while on my back the car broke down somewhere on N12 next to Alberton apparently because the clutch was worn out. I phoned Jaco on 23 Feb 2013 who advised me to tow the car to my house of which i did and paid R1400. Jaco advised me to take the car to Carnetics Service Centre in Centurion, just few kms from where i stay. I did that and the guys at Carnetics gave a quotation of about R6300 to replace the clutch kit and other accessories. Now McCarthy Bloemfontein people dont want to pay for that even though they charged me extended warranty fee of about R6049. The manager by the name of Marco advised me to pay Carnetics of which I did and he promised to come back to me but he has not yet done that since 1 March 2013.
