Rude Salesman

I called the dealer this morning trying to assist a client of mine who is purchasing a vehicle there and i was put through to Aletta who is so rude, inprofessional and has bad attitude. i tried explaining the reason for my call and she dropped the phone on my ear. I didn't expect this attitude for a big dealer like BMW nor service like this. Please m, ake sure that whn you go to the dealer you don't speak to this woman. SHE IS RUDE.
