Kia Motors South Africa
I'm hoping somebody is at work today

It is with my utmost regret that I'm writting. To know
that out there, there are people who don't value their jbs so much to an extent
that they think so low of their customers. After all the neccesary docs have been submitted
and signed (due to the fact that I stay far away form the place of purchase) it took me hours and
hours to finaly receive my first car and just when
all was supposed to be alright it was far away from it. The vehicle was advertised as 71, 000 km and
to my surprise on delivery, the km were actually 78, 000km. As I said that this was my first car, I knew
litle on milage and I didn't think that this was actualy opening water into my bank account to clean the litle
that I have leaving me with just nothing but a regrets&no warant
Philani, the sales person, fooled me into thinking that "the car has a service
plan up until it reaches 150 000km". I nearly fainted when Adri clarified everything2me regarding the150 000km actually means&that i now have to pay R3000of which I didn't have&on trying2get hold of P, I was told he's no longer there&got Lunga who passed the buck2P&promised2take the matter to manager&feedback, I couldn't get hold of him nor did he return al mesages l
