Following the site to see if anyone has ever complained on Hellepeter regarding Fedex/Supaswift's wreckless / arrogant drivers, I was shocked to see in such a short period that out of three I am also a victim. Reason why I say this is, I followed procedure to report an incident where one of the drivers damaged my vehicle in road raging. The relevant department did call me and registered the claim by their insurance company whom now treat me like a criminal and now I have to wait until they dicide to get the assessor to contact me and all of this can take up to 6 weeks to settle.By that time the quotes I got will not be valid anymore. Meaning I might end up paying in, to have the repairs on my car. It is inconvenient when it rains as my window keeps slipping doen. The lady handling this claim dont even respond to emails. Furthermore I was asked for a copy of my NATIS certificate which I feel was not neccessary as insurance companies can obtain it from the authorities. Then the email remark, "that if I would like to speed up the process" I can use my own insurance. Why would I want to claim from my insurer, pay an excess etc.
