Bought Ssanyong Korando brand new from Imperial select Edenvale on 1st Nov 2012. On 28th Jan 2013 gearbox started giving problems. Took it back to Imerial select and they informed us that Mahindra bought the Ssanyong brand over. At that stage Mahindra did not had the equipment (computer softwaer) to fix the car. After several call they eventually received the softwear. My husband took the car in on the 15th of February and they downloaded the softwear and as he left the problem was not solveld. He turned back and they downloaded a different softwear but the problem still not solved. After several calls to Mahindra's head office we just had no joy. Then after a huge quarrel between my husband and the manager he said we must take the car to boksburg branch and leave it there. It is there since the 25th of February and still no joy. They have already downloaded the softwear 3 times since then. If you phoned them the only answer you get is "sorry we still waiting for the latest soft wear from Korea". We asked them for a courtesey car but they just said they do not have courtesey cars. In the mean while we are the ones that suffer without a vehicle. Please help me solving this.
